A maid service is provided with all reservations. The maids will clean
the entire unit, change all of the linens, and clean all of your dishes.
Bottled water will be provided daily or as needed.

Reservations
Must be made by e-mail. We will confirm availability within 72 hours. We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, or Paypal for reserving the condo.
All reservations for Easter Week, Christmas and New Year, will require a Non-Refundable 100% pre-payment to confirm reservations.

Payment
Cash, Check, Money Order, or Paypal: Must be paid in full prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
Green Season and High Season: Cancellations must be made 10 days prior to client's arrival to avoid 25% penalty charge. If cancellation is made within 5 days of your arrival, we will not reimburse any deposit or payment made; however, it will be credited to your account for future use.
Peak Season, (Easter, Christmas and New Years): Cancellations must be made 28 days prior to client's arrival to avoid full penalty charge. If a cancellation is made within 15 days of your arrival, we will not reimburse any deposit or payment made; however, it will be credited to your account for future use.
